Change

Change is difficult. It is not always bad, but it is quite often difficult. There are many changes happening in our world right now. You may not agree with them all. You may ecstatic over them. Either way, there is something to learn for you on your journey.

For any change in your life, stop and ask yourself if you are comfortable or uncomfortable with this change? If you are uncomfortable, check in with yourself to see what is being triggered for you. If you are scared, see what you can do to increase a sense of calm, peace, and safety. If you are angry, see what it is you need to create peace. If you are happy, embrace that!

Much of the change that is happening you may have little to no control over, so as you are exploring what you can do to increase  peace or calm, those changes are the ones inside of you that you need to create! Do you need to meditate? Do you need to exercise? Do you need to make sure that you have people around you who will support you, not tear you down? Do you need to connect to your spirituality? Tune in and ask yourself.

And be sure to ask yourself what you need to learn from this change. That may be the most important question of all!
