Use Your Voice

If something is happening in your world that you do not like, it is very important to express your thoughts, wants and needs, to share your emotional reaction, albeit tactfully. It is very important to let others involved in the situation know what is going on inside of you. It is important to use your voice.

Use your voice. Speak out. If there is something that you need or want, you must ask for it. If you are unhappy, you need to let the person you are interacting with know. If there is a deeper issue that needs to be discussed, then use your voice!

Albeit tactfully. It is not necessary to be rude or abusive. You can be assertive. Clearly state what you need or are feeling. You do not need to call anyone names or disparage anyone else. That shuts down the communication and will not get you what you are really wanting. Be respectful.

But use your voice! You will never get your needs met, you will never be in a peaceful relationship, if you do not speak. Use Your Voice!
